•A: All repairs are quoted on walk-in basis, we cannot quote repairs through any other means.
•Q: Can you quote me how much you are willing to buy my instrument?
•A: All sales / trade ins are also quoted on walk-in basis, we need to evaluate the item's value based on the it's condition.
•Q: What instruments do you buy?
•A: Anything but large musical instruments like grand pianos or organs due to space constraints.
•Q: How would I know if the guitar I sent for repair is ready?
•A: We will call you when it is ready (look out for the number +65 6339 0606). If you need to enquire about the status, please tell us your job number.
•Q: Can you order a guitar for me?
•A: Yes we can but you have to tell us your budget.
•Q: What mode of payment do you accept?
•A: We accept cash, all major credit cards and NETS payment.
•Q: Can you ship worldwide? How do I pay if I am overseas?
•A: We can ship worldwide. We accept paypal for amounts not exceeding $5000 SGD & bank transfers for amounts beyond $5000 SGD.
